On 24/3/21, the theoretical-practical pruning workshop, held by the Master Gardener Ivo Matteuzzi, took place in Giardino della Villa in Quintole Le Rose (Impruneta, Florence), headquarters of Associazione Pax Christi (as Associated Partner). Eight representatives of the Project Focus Group participated. They were also engaged in practical activities aimed at the technical approach of olive growing, under the supervision of the Master Gardener.
The meeting was aimed at providing the participants with the theoretical and practical rudiments of the olive tree pruning technique, according to the updated methodologies in the sector.
Participants showed considerable interest and participation, asking for the opportunity to repeat similar experiences.
